Louise’s gentle disposition and affectionate personality make her an ideal companion. This six-year-old pit bull mix loves to stay by your side, whether that’s to soak up some love or enjoy a happy trot around the neighborhood.

Whatever the two of you do together, Louise is excited about the possibility of being a very loved and cared for family member, perhaps for the very first time in her life. A few months ago, Louise was abandoned in the Humane League’s parking lot. Louise was scared, confused, and in poor health. Among some of her ailments were a severe skin condition and three masses which needed to be removed. After receiving much-needed care from our vet staff, Louise was welcomed into a foster family where she continued to heal and regained her doggy smile.
